BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Jack Lavender is a graduate of West Chester University (Finance Major, focus in business law and accounting). He dove headfirst in the Hemp Industry managing several sales channels, marketing and manufacturing.

So, what does he know about restoration? Well, he is the love child of two Master Restorers.

At dinner, he would listen to conversations about running jobs, operating a restoration and reconstruction company, learning about losses from pipe bursts to dryer fires, and everything in between. Starting as a toddler, hanging with his Dad often meant helping with a restoration project, fixing a vehicle or many of the other tasks at hand. Eventually, he would hand his Dad the right tool, then grew into moving materials, debris, parts, and then finally missioned to help with the tasks. He learned the hard way; often hearing about what he did wrong and how Dad does it.

As the years went by, through high school and college, he worked through almost every position at Berks • Fire • Water Restorations doing demolition, setting dehumidifiers, monitoring, sketching, scoping, and whatever else anyone would direct him to do. He now considers himself a “Jack” of all trades with a good understanding of the challenges and obstacles that running and growing a restoration company brings to the table. His mission is to utilize his experiences and life lessons with the tools found in iRestore to deliver his customers a comprehensive solution to help them succeed. ​

PRESIDENT & CEO

Ryan took the phrase, “There’s an App for That,” and ran with it. As iRestore’s founder, he’s responsible for ensuring it’s being the best that it can be by building, designing, and maintaining its features and functionality. When he’s not developing new code and enlightening us all with his restoration stories from a previous life, he likes to spearfish, work on home improvement projects, spearfish, and spend time fishing with Suzy.​

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Chris isn’t like a regular programmer, he’s a cool programmer. He creates reports, integrates other apps, squashes bugs, all while holding a conversation about Japanese wrestling and heavy metal bands. Outside of the office, Chris likes spending time with his family, sipping on the seasonal brews from Samuel Adams (Winter Lager is his fav), and following The Joe Rogan Experience podcast.​

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

The king of forms – Cameron can take any document and automagically convert it for use in iRestore. When he’s not tickling the keyboard creating his masterpieces, he’s setting up offline, integrating QuickBooks, and whatever else our customers throw at him. When he leaves for the day, he can be found furthering his education at Palm Beach State College, running another mile, or rooting for the WV Mountaineers with his wife.​

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Sam sees everything. The code that’s within the code, that’s behind the code, and all the code in between. If ever iRestore isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do, Sam figures out why, fixes it, then gives it back sparkly clean and with a full tank of gas. When he’s not being Neo from The Matrix, he’s hanging out with friends, playing with his niece & nephews, or leveling up in the game Doom.​

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lindsay keeps us all in line! She manages work flow throughout the office and evangelizes the miracle of iRestore to anyone who will listen. Often found with a headset on her head, she also manages the precarious task of coordinating our developers next steps. When she isn’t busy watching kids in the office, she is busy transporting her three actual kids to their numerous activities inside and outside of school including cheerleading and scouts. One day she hopes to be enjoying her weekends on the boat in our beautiful rivers.​

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Meet iRestore Ted, the man behind all those nuggets of restoration wisdom sprinkled throughout our social media! If he’s not sharing his sage advice, he’s busy co-owning Berks ∙ Fire ∙ Water Restorations and Restoration Technical Institute with Lisa. You can also find him out and about promoting iRestore anytime, anywhere. On his nights and weekends, he enjoys doing other things with Lisa (hey now!), volunteering in their community, and fixing just about anything he can get his hands on.​

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS DESIGN

Wicked smart and with a keen eye for detail, Lisa has the vision and is 150% dedicated to making iRestore the absolute best restoration software option out there! As co-owner of a large restoration company and an IICRC school in Pennsylvania, she holds coaching sessions to help guide iRestore customers in their operations. When she’s not doing all the things, Lisa likes spending time at the shore with her family, cooking and feeding people, and writing transcendent Restoration poetry.​

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Suzy is the real MVP here, since she’s married to Ryan. When she’s not keeping him in line, she’s communicating with vendors and promoting iRestore at conferences and trade shows. Outside of work, Suzy can be found tending to her home zoo, getting her CrossFit on, traveling, or dropping off Ryan’s forgotten lunch…again.​
